Old Bay Grilled and Chilled Shrimp

| 2 lb. 16/20 shell-on Ocean Garden® Mexican Shrimp |
| 2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning |
| 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped |
| 1 c. olive oil |
|

| BLUEFIN COCKTAIL SAUCE: |
| 2 c. chili sauce |
| 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish |
| 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire® sauce |
| 1/2 tsp. Tabasco® sauce |
|
|
| MIGNONETTE SAUCE: |
| 12 shallots, chopped |
| 4 c. red vinegar |
| 2 c. lemon juice |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1/2 tsp.black pepper |
Directions:
1.Clean shrimp and marinate with Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and olive oil for 24 hr. Skewer and grill over a hot flame until just cooked. Chill in a glass bowl over ice and serve with Bluefin Cocktail Sauce and Mignonette for dipping.
2. For Bluefin Cocktail Sauce and Mignonette Sauce: blend all ingredients well in separate bowls and chill for at least 2 hr.
