
Old Bay Grilled and Chilled Shrimp

2 lb. 16/20 shell-on Ocean Garden® Mexican Shrimp |
2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning |
1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped |
1 c. olive oil |

BLUEFIN COCKTAIL SAUCE: |
2 c. chili sauce |
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish |
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire® sauce |
1/2 tsp. Tabasco® sauce |

MIGNONETTE SAUCE: |
12 shallots, chopped |
4 c. red vinegar |
2 c. lemon juice |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp.black pepper |
Directions:
1.Clean shrimp and marinate with Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and olive oil for 24 hr. Skewer and grill over a hot flame until just cooked. Chill in a glass bowl over ice and serve with Bluefin Cocktail Sauce and Mignonette for dipping.
2. For Bluefin Cocktail Sauce and Mignonette Sauce: blend all ingredients well in separate bowls and chill for at least 2 hr.
