* 2 lb. 16/20 shell-on Ocean GardenŽ Mexican Shrimp
* 2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
* 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
* 1 c. olive oil
BLUEFIN COCKTAIL SAUCE:
* 2 c. chili sauce
* 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
* 1 Tbsp. WorcestershireŽ sauce
* 1/2 tsp. TabascoŽ sauce
MIGNONETTE SAUCE:
* 12 shallots, chopped
* 4 c. red vinegar
* 2 c. lemon juice
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/2 tsp.black pepper
1.Clean shrimp and marinate with Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and olive oil for 24 hr. Skewer and grill over a hot flame until just cooked. Chill in a glass bowl over ice and serve with Bluefin Cocktail Sauce and Mignonette for dipping.
2. For Bluefin Cocktail Sauce and Mignonette Sauce: blend all ingredients well in separate bowls and chill for at least 2 hr.
